“OMG. Where do we start? Dave & Christy have done an amazing job caring for our home, gardens, pet, houseplants. We received fantastic communication along the way of how things were going with our beloved pussy cat (Peanut); who I might add ignored us for them when we returned home. She thoroughly enjoyed the daily grooming. Our home was left impeccably clean and tidy, which made it a pleasure to return home to. Dave rectified a wee issue we had with the pool and a water filter. We also arrived home to the most divine cheese scones I have had in quite some time. Mmmm! Stu & I would have this couple to stay in our home anytime. They both come with our highest recommendations. “Winnie was very pleased to see me after 9 weeks but obviously very reluctant to say goodbye to Christie and Dave. They could not have done more and I cannot thank them enough or praise them enough for how they stepped into my home and made it their own. It was so clean ( even flowers and polished silver! ) and Christie’s welcome home soup was delicious. Dave cut the hedge, walked Winnie, tidied my garage and even paid a few urgent bills. We were so impressed with Christie and Dave during their first stay at our home (6 weeks in 2022) that we all but begged them to return and to do it again (another 6 week stay). We had not used house sitters prior to Christie and Dave and we were a little nervous. However, Christie and Dave soon put our nerves to rest. They were highly professional and had brilliant communication. We were away for a month and got updates, including photos of our cat, every ~3days. Our house was very clean and tidy when we got home. All the towels and linen had been washed, and Christie and Dave had left us a fabulous home-made cake and a vase of flowers. Our neighbors commented on what a friendly couple they were. We will definitely use Christie and Dave again and would highly recommend.

As soon as we met Christie and Dave we felt we were leaving Daisy and our house in safe hands. They exude capability and we felt extremely comfortable with them, in fact we feel we have made some new friends. When we returned both Daisy and the house were as we had left them and we were kept updated with lovely photos of Daisy which we love as it gives us peace of mind whilst we are away. Dave and Christie did an outstanding job looking after our home, tending to our garden, and caring for Maea. Christie and Dave were really great housesitters. They took excellent care of Mishmish and she was happy and contented on my return. Christie has green fingers which the plants in my patios really appreciated. Dave was more than helpful with small DIY jobs around the place. Christie and Dave sent me weekly updates with photos of Mishmish which put my mind at rest while I was away. The house was clean and tidy add with fresh flowers on my return. Christie and Dave provided a great service and I hope they might return!
